Background
Bizen Nagafune Yokoyama Sukekane was the 13th generation of Sukesada and the 58th generation grandson of Tomonari, and was born as the second son of Moritoki Yoshirobei in Fukuda village, Wake county (present-day Fukuda, Bizen city).
Along with Kagasuke Sukenaga from the same province, he is a representative of Bizen blacksmiths during the Shinshinto period.
